A 14 page report has been published by Cllr Joanna Biddolph detailing the many issues that arose because of the Lovebox/Citadel events at Gunnersbury Park.
Cllr Joanna Biddolph submitted a 14 page feedback report detailing the many issues that arose throughout the festivals - from the bank of urinals that appeared next to a resident’s garden wall to the slew of litter and waste spread along Gunnersbury Lane, the unbearable noise experienced throughout Chiswick and beyond, and the way residents on the route to the festivals felt marooned in their homes because of the relentless flow of the crowds. The report is a direct response to the many complaints she received during and after the events and from her own observations and experiences as she moved around the Gunnersbury Park Garden Estate, looking at the area each day and during the evening.
Cllr Biddolph's report, headed “Never again”, is below.
Feedback from the two meetings for residents, held on 3rd September, has also been published on the Lovebox/Citadel community website. Residents should have received an email informing them that the minutes are available online. If you haven’t had that email, the minutes are available to download here.
