GUNNERSBURY PARK FESTIVALS 2022 : RESIDENTS ARE REASONABLE YET THE CIC REMAINS TONE DEAF TO LOCALS’ EXPERIENCES AND VIEWS
Cllr Joanna Biddolph produced a report after the 2022 Gunnersbury Park Festivals, responding to residents' complaints.
Numerous problems persist at many festivals but one festival, and one issue at that festival, dominated this year’s experiences: Waterworks and the extreme noise disturbance it caused. Second came Gunnersbury Live with complaints about noise levels from people living over two miles away.
The report includes a separate report on noise, provided by a local resident who organises music festivals and understands acoustics, including the need to plan and test before the festival starts.
You can read the full report, which also includes comments made by residents direct to Cllr Biddolph and on local media.
